We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper with exceptional technical proficiency to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial records, from data entry to financial reporting and analysis. Your strong technical skills and deep understanding of accounting principles and software will be critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.


  • Financial Data Management: Accurately record, classify, and summarize financial transactions in the company's general ledger using advanced accounting software. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor management, invoice processing, and customer billing. Monitor outstanding balances and proactively address any discrepancies.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide insightful financial reports to management.
  • Payroll: Review the employee payroll process ensuring proper classification in the general ledger.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to create and manage the company's budget and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures.
  • Tax Compliance: Review the preparation and filing of various tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax. Stay updated with relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Audit Support: Prepare necessary documentation and provide support during financial audits by external auditors.
  • Systems and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement improvements. Leverage your technical skills to streamline workflows and optimize the use of accounting software.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary financial information, answer inquiries, and ensure the smooth flow of financial data across the organization.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, ideally with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting software such as Great Plains, Net Suite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant office productivity tools.
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve accounting discrepancies efficiently.
  • Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
