- Be the voice of the company & provide exceptional customer service with positive energy, integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and mission of Innovative Skincare
- Provide exemplary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Support outside Sales team as directed by Management
- Educate customer base on current offers, products, promotions, etc.
- Actively promote product sales by educating customers on products, promotions, incentives, etc.
- Participate in projects and all other duties assigned by management
- Friendly, upbeat personality with positive energy
