We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a content calendar, original copy, managing posts, responding to followers, as well as ensuring brand consistency and company image across all social media channels.

We are looking for an individual with extreme efficiency and organizational skills to help manage our accounts and creative assets, as well as outsourcing to create such original material and content. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence - ensuring high levels of traffic, growth, and engagement.


  • Oversee and execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns and day-to-day activities while optimizing and monetizing the brand’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok and other relevant social media platforms
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing, PR, Sales, Education and Customer Care to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries and mentions in a timely manner
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights and emerging social media/marketing/e-commerce technologies and benchmark and research competitors and industry leaders in social media. Constantly explore and evaluate new social platforms, tools, services and vendors and provide recommendations
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions
  • Understand and express our company’s views and protocol within our copy and assets
  • Key point person responsible for trafficking digital marketing creative assets and social media copy through key stakeholders in all departments
  • Assist in development and quality assurance of creative, social media copy, photoshoots, website assets and collateral materials
  • Analyze effective benchmarks for measuring impact of social media efforts in order to determine campaign effectiveness through relevant monitoring tools
  • Conceptualize and collaborate with creative team to implement compelling content and programs across various social platforms that engages and communicates effectively with our audience

Skills Required

  • Licensed Aesthetician
  • Strong communication skills with an adaptive and flexible approach
  • Sound organizational ability, especially with strategy and scheduling work within a clinical setting
  • Strong computer skills and intermediate proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task oriented work environment
  • Navigate easily through challenges while maintaining professionalism
