As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, iS Clinical continues to enforce and enhance proactive measures for the protection and safety of our employees, while maintaining the quality standards of our products in support of our partners and distributors worldwide.


Our philosophy at iS Clinical is to improve the physical health and emotional well-being of people everywhere. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation, and as we continue to exceed all safety mandates, our team remains focused on providing exceptional service and care.


Based on COVID-19 safety guidelines and recommendations from The Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), we have implemented numerous safety precautions that we strictly enforce and monitor. We provide and require all employees to wear masks, gloves, hairnets, and face shields (in certain areas). We require and enforce social distancing at all times and in all areas of the Company facilities, and we provide employees the option to work from home if their duties permit.


As the impacts of the pandemic persist, business challenges related to ingredient and packaging shortages, shipping delays, and enhanced safety measures remain prevalent matters in industries throughout the globe. Although Innovative Skincare strives to supply our products to distributors, partners, and end-users with no delays, these outside influences can sometimes impact our ability to do so.


We, as a company, will continue to seek creative solutions and make every effort to avoid gaps in product availability. However, there may be times when this is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and support while we work through these challenges.
