Bryan Johns
President/CEO
Mr. Johns serves as co-founder, President and CEO for Science of Skincare, LLC, and Innovative Skincare. Mr. Johns previously served as Director of Skincare for the Kronos Group (Kronos Institute), one of the world's premier anti-aging research and treatment facilities, where he developed and tested anti-aging skincare treatments focusing on dermal protection, rejuvenation and appearance enhancement.
Mr. Johns currently serves on the President's Council for the National Breast Cancer Coalition and as Vice President of Stars for Stripes, a non-profit entertainment organization.
Mr. Johns' educational expertise includes; biochemistry, psychology, and genetics. His education and research were completed at the University of California, San Diego.Alec Call
Vice President/COO
Mr. Call is the Co-Founder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of Science of Skincare, LLC, and Innovative Skincare. His entrepreneurial foundation was established within Call Jewelers, Inc., a family-owned and operated regional jewelry chain. He later honed his leadership acumen through multiple roles in the entertainment industry, including his tenure in the entertainment division of The Walt Disney Company. During this time, he developed expertise in financial operations, business management, sales, and marketing. As a deputy representative for the American Guild of Variety Artists, he played a pivotal role in contract negotiations, further strengthening his strategic and operational expertise.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Call is deeply committed to philanthropy. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees and is a member of the President’s Council for the National Breast Cancer Coalition, supporting critical initiatives in breast cancer advocacy and research.
Mr. Call pursued his education at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Boise State University, focusing on business administration and corporate operations.
Dr. Charlene DeHaven
Clinical Director
Dr. Charlene DeHaven is board-certified in Internal Medicine. She was awarded life membership in the American College of Emergency Physicians after holding thirty-year Fellow status. During her training, she received the Upjohn Clinical Award for Outstanding Resident of the Year.
For over 20 years, her professional activities have focused on improvements in skin aging and development of scientifically based skincare products. She has served as Clinical Director of Innovative Skincare since the company began in 2000.
Her professional experience includes a broad spectrum of clinical practice in addition to corporate development, medical education, research, and age management. She had one of the first and largest anti-aging practices in the United States.
Dr. DeHaven has extensive media experience and has published and lectured worldwide on wellness, skin health and age management.
