Follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), and Safety Procedures.
Manages Packing, Shipping, and Receiving departments.
Verifies and keeps records of outgoing shipments.
Compiles and maintains database of Packing, Shipping, and Receiving documents.
Assists with coordinating shipments.
Arranges logistics for shipment of products and components.
Prioritizes task to ensure timely shipment of orders.
Familiar with UPS labeling system.
Uses UPS World Ship.
Communicates with Customer Care about any changes or issues of Domestic, Car Stock and International orders.
Assures that all employees are working in a safe manner following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Computer Skills: GP, Excel, Sales Pad.
Assist with Packing, Shipping and Receiving when needed.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to move 450lbs.
Will perform any duty given to them by Director of Manufacturing Operations.
